Was that private or dealer? Idk why people are saying this is an SR5, it's a TRD OR if you look at the photos

Like I said from the market prices I've been seeing 2012/13s gave been floating around 25-27k with varying miles and trims

    I always give this as advice when asked about buying a vehicle;
Don't be afraid to drive. I saved over $1300 by driving to a dealership 1 hour away.

I've been looking in a 500 mile radius, a few deals have popped up in CA but I'm not quite sure I'm committed enough to fly or take two vehicles not knowing if I'd want to buy it. I have no problem driving 2 hours but these AC are real rare around here and barely pop up

You will regret not getting this one as The One. In the time you will have it, you will never think that you should have paid a few K less. That only happens when a vehicle disappoints. I'm continuing to increase my budget for what I want. Good luck with buying it.

I just picked up the same truck in white with 10k for 28k plus ttt; they were asking 29995. I normally research all the appraisal sites and start my negotiation @500-1000 below the lowest retail value based on condition.

Take the plunge, its a Toyota for goodness sakes, I would much rather have the 15 than a new one.

Just left the dealer, the truck drove great but I was honestly surprised at the condition of the paint, many little chips or dings/blemishes. The front passenger side of the bumper had been scraped against something and there were some scuffs on the rear fender.

I tried talking them down to 30k out the door with paint blemishes fixed and they wouldn't budge, they called me within minutes saying they'll do 30k out the door as is. Thoughts? I know it's used but for 2 years of age I think the paint could be in better shape

If they called you back, then there is definitely some motivation on their part to sell this thing. Continue to be firm and see what happens.

Damn, and I was wondering if 31-32K for my 2015 DCTRDOR with 2300 or so miles and a cap was high. [and that has an extended Yota warranty also]

For what it's worth I paid 30k for my TRD OR Access Cab brand new off the lot in 2014.

    I doubt that very highly.

A TRD OR DCSB 4x4 Premium, at least 36k before tax.

My 2017 Sport DCLB on order NO Premium was going to run 36.5k before taxes.

If you are a person that cares about the asthetics of your truck, walk away.

Only a repaint if each damaged panel will "fix" scrapes and chips. Silver is a tough color to keep looking nice let alone with multiple imperfections already. Chip repair looks ugly on every color but white.

Now if you are going to off road in this truck talk em down enough to Line-X the whole thing ;)

Ended up walking with it for $30300 out the door and they'll be taking care of my major cosmetic complaints. $27k for a CPO 2015 isn't a bad deal! Will post photos soon!

you doubt? 2 people locally have bought similarly price trucks. One manual and one auto and they paid around 33 and one a bit more for auto. Thats what i have observed and you question my post without considering location and local deal offers.

take it how you want, ive got nothing to prove
