Just wonder if a ls1 will be as reliable as a boosted 3rz.

If I were to LS swap I would go
    5.3
    truck wiring harness
    99-04 silverado ecu
    3 bar map sensor
    4l80e trans w/shift kit
    Decap stock injectors
    Denmah turbo kit
And I would bet that that setup would be more reliable than a boosted 5vz, a 3rz? I'm not sure, haven't researched those too much.

Na i think its just cheap v bands and not havin a decent tune past cruise. Anyone got a link to the best price on some vibrant v band? Summit racing gonna be my best bet?

You might want to stay away from a drive by wire box, they can be a ton of trouble. 99-04 silverado ECU's have most GM firmware from the time which makes them very tune-friendly. And if you want boost an auto is usually better in times due to the fact that it keeps boost between shifts, but if you're not on the track it doesn't really matter :D
Also if you want it to handle alot of hp you can upgrade to gen IV rods and easily handle 600whp

To be honest the CXracing Vbands are more beefy than the Vibrant ones :D Hard to believe I know but they have thicker threads than the vibrant ones...I actually haven't had any problems with either in several thousand miles. Basically I wouldn't mind buying the cheaper CX ones over the expensive vibrant ones.

Also are anyone else's injectors really loud? All of the ones I've used so far have been loud, Stock, chinese or the osidetiger ones. All of them clicky and loud. I guess it's not an issue just an observation.

You should hear the Injector Dymanics injectors. Sounds like a bunch of mouse traps slapping closed. Lol.

Ive consider making little insulators to keep the sound down, like little jackets for them :D

Do you have your hood insulator still? I don't and I think that may be why they are so loud... You also have 2 fewer than I do lol, im not sure if it would make a difference though.

I don't have an insulator. 2 more is 50% more. Maybe that much more noise makes it easier to hear. Lol.
