I'm not joking but a speeding ticket in ND is about $10, but the weather sucks for six months out of the year, the women that are single are ugly and have bad liver panel results

At least in Washington state you would have multiple reckless endangerment charges way before you reach a speeding ticket that costly

I was only in Seattle for one morning really.

Went south of Olympia for the wedding ceremony and then flew back east that Sunday

Mine is a salvage title vehicle. Wrecked with only a few thousand miles on it. Quality repair, although done by the PO's family (a bunch of hot rodders), not a body shop. But they did a good job on it. I have driven it for over 100,000, and looking forward to that much again!! But I am the type of person that runs a vehicle until there is nothing left of it. So the branded title and the inherently reduced value is of little consideration to me. But they warrant much more close scrutiny when purchasing, no doubt about that. And you don't want to try to take one to the local dealer to trade!! They'll just laugh at you.

oh no, you can't just seagull post and fly away screaming "MINE! MINE!" ..... do tell.

    Ok, I'll spill:
Moving from So Cal to Wa for work; took the 395 and man what a great drive that is in a 450hp V8 twin turbo AWD Audi RS6! Mountain passes were effortless and without worry of passing. I get outside of the Susanville agricultural checkpoint and open that boost up! Realizing I am going far to fast, I coast to normal posted speed when I spy 4 "marked" on the other lane headed towards me. I watch as Ponch and John pass me and sure as spaghetti, third one flips a b*tch and lit up. I continue to coast at 65 and he strolls up and tells me he had be somewhere north of a speed that starts with 8. After traffic school online, it was $250 to California.

    Well. It was 3

On my way to drop off some paperwork to buy a new car (cts-v) on my new bike (gsxr600). I was doing 102 (well, thats what he clocked me at)
so i could get home and go out with the guys. Cop lights me up. When i pulled over he asked why i didnt run. I stated "why run from the police". He said they always do. Let me go and wrote me at 98.

    Few months later:
In my caddi cts-v showing off with some buddies. I was doing 120 on a lonely stretch. Well, helicopter caught me (didnt see me hit 150mph). Luckily the officer was a fellow Marine. He fined me and didnt arrest or take my car. Said he wanted to beat my ass. I would have deserved it

    Last one:

In my buddies corvette heading down to socal. I was doing well over 100 down the greatvine (hit 175 at one point). Got stopped and clocked at 110. Lost my license for 3 months. Never got another one after that. Well, i did get rid of the fast toys and got into a heavy pig. Never want a fast toy again. I was stupid. With a child now, o can make better choices....but he's not always in the car :p

almost 10 years ago. What a waste of $$$

Mine was doing that last week. I twisted the temp knob back and forth about 30 times and it seems to have quit.

    Long shot, but... :fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed:.
Does anyone have any idea what I should look for? After wheeling Saturday the truck developed a rattle. I can't find it and I'm about to lose my mind. :annoyed:
    • It sounds like something is loose and vibrating low under the driver dash/steering column/firewall area.
    • Only happenes while moving
    • Is not affected by throttle. Sounds the same whether I'm accelerating or coasting.
    • I have looked and looked for something loose, but since I can't drive the truck and look under the dash at the same time... yeah :frusty:
