I plan to head that way on Thursday morning, wheel Thursday afternoon, Friday and part of Saturday, then drive back Saturday evening.

    It's a 7 hour drive for me.

So I remember seeing that it's a specific campsite everyone is planning to be at. Do we all need to fill out reservation online or just pay when we get there?

Reservations are for lower camp ground. Upper (where all our campers will be) is first come first served. I think you still pay a camping fee, but that can be handled day of (based on last year) It might be good to call ahead. It's camp ground #2. Good luck reaching anyone by phone. Can be hit or miss...Leave a number and he almost always calls back.

I have been since LAST YEAR. This is my baby! Year one, I put up a post 3 weeks before the "meet". There ended up being 3 of us. Last year I started posting about 8 weeks out and got 5 of us. So... This year I started more than 6 months early, hoping to get 10 or 12 interested.

    It sorta blew up!

Hope is to make this an annual event.

My 11year od grandson will be with us this year. He's into off roading. My hope is, this meet will be around for him and his friends years downn the line. I've been off roading since the early '70's. It's been a big part of my life. Nothing would please me more than to put something into the hobby that will out last me. So yes, this is a big thing for me....

Not looking likely. I'll probably be closing on my new house and land that weekend or the one after.

I'd like to join you all if I can! Sounds great and I'm new to KY, been here for about a year and would like to meet some folks! And I have my first Tacoma I just got two months ago! Any details on the campground or do I need to call and make a reservation? I'd be bringing my dogs too so I hope they are dog friendly!
