    Work sucked (not really, I love this job). We decided to get back in the field for some wildlife work before heavy snow. Walking through heavy timber was not fun with stiff legs and slippery logs. I realized how much extra food I have to pack for this diet too and need to bring my bigger pack for all my snacks. Our lunch spot wasn't bad.

    Got some extra cardio mid workout. My neighbor ran in the gym yelling at me. My dog decided to get out (not sure how) and ran. After I ran in circles for 20 minutes, my neighbor drove up to tell me he came back. That asshole.

    Bench: 315
    Squat: 315 (Yeah I know it sucks..)

    Calorie intake close to 3k a day. Running on a 50% protein, 30% Carb 20% Fats. With the occasional carb cycle some weeks. I feel like I've hit a stand still in weight. Any suggestions?
