It's not intentionally destroying it- It's having fun and maybe getting a bump here or there.

If you don't like the concept- Don't hit the thread...We can remember that you don't want to mod anything or spend any extra money on a your truck, or do anything else with it. So just don't bother.

    I've gone both ways!! hehehe...
My current 07 truck, is a mall crawler and I want to keep it that way (Ok, I'd love to wheel it but the husband is a harder one to convince). I've spent a lotta years offroading with an old tacoma & jeeps. And now, it's time to stay clean and prestine. I've converted....
For the sake of memories.....these were the good old days.

Amazingly enough, nothing ever broke on this thing. It was my daily driver so I didn't push it hard enough. Hence, why a jeep came into the picture later on.

This is why you get rock sliders instead of nerf bars. There's a set of nerf bars in that dirt mount somewhere....all bent up. I told my husband he wasn't gonna make it, and he didn't believe me.

That truck had 110k miles on it 6 years ago and I still see it cruising around town.

    just a couple comfort items.
Yes I did. First time didn't go so well. Second time was fine when I did it solo. Lesson learned the first time! I have had my truck dented pretty bad twice at work and as you can guess no note or witnesses or anything, that pisses me off! but you know the squeeze damage really didn't bother me too much?? Guess it's not so bad when you did it knowing it might happen and you doing something you enjoy:D

wheeling has claimed an alternator, alt belt, rear wheel bearing (which in turn ate a rear seal and killed the rear brakes)...multiple dents and scrapes...and i destroyed a stock skid

ive actually got a couple of stories in 3 different trucks, one was in my 5 lug tacoma, not lift or anything, went offroading with a friend who has a jeep with no lift, and he got stuck in a 3 foot deep puddle like thing in the middle of the trail, same day i hit a tree becuase that friend was spotting and didnt tell me how close i was getting to a tree, and the third time in my moms highlander, popped the sidewall going up trail, that we couldnt get up, so i backed up gunned it and hit a rock and popped it
