Searched, but found lots of talk about adjusting headlights, and mods, etc, but no directions how. I went out and turned on the screw with the washer with notches on the back of the light, aimed at the garage door, but could see no change, so, would someone mind giving some instructions?

I never could get mine to adjust either, spent hours cranking on those adjustment screws, no change. There was a guy on here once said he actually hooked up his cordless drill to his and cranked on it with out any effect... I figure I just have to live with it all fucked up!

Thanks for the help, tried to adjust and even though the lights are so low I can barely drive at night, they will only go lower. Looks like I need to find a reasonable priced upgrade. The guy who had the truck said he had replaced the headlights, one was broken so he replaced both, and they look like brand new, too bad they only go low!

I'm guessing you probably did this already but I think the top screw is left to right and the bottom screw is up and down. You did try the correct screw?

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but I'm having the same problem trying to adjust mine. I ordered a set of aftermarket depo black lights. The drivers side is fine, but the passenger side is pointing to the sky. I've tried turning the adjustment screw, but nothing moves.

I can see that the center piece that the bulb sits behind (not sure what it's called) is pointing upward & not level like the other one. Is that the part that moves, or is it the whole bucket? And any ideas why the adjustment does not work?

It sounds like the the adjustment mechanism came apart. Pull the headlight and put it someplace you can work. Take something and insert it into the light and into the reflector that shrouds the bulb. Use something that won't scratch the reflector. Try and push down on the reflector while turning the screw and hopefully they'll catch.

Short of opening the light, this way might work. Assuming the pieces of the adjuster are still intact

Sounds like a warranty issue to me.
