    That was a black trail. Not advisable without skids and sliders. Most people without armor will do greens and easier blues. In my experience at AOAA, skids and sliders are recommended for blues, but not entirely necessay. Good spotting will be needed for some things though. I hit a decent blue without any armor and came out the other side with my running boards and mudflaps intact.
