AZ BS thread...

okay so, I parked my truck in the driveway last night and left the keys in it.

i didn't think it was a big deal because i live in a gated community theft really isn't a problem.... although there have been a few instances with construction workers breaking into houses. (The worst part was that it was the workers building our house)

well, this morning i walked out to put those jerry cans back on my truck.....and it wasn't there!!

i was kinda flipping out, but no one was home and i was trying to think of some other possibility for why my truck wasn't there....like maybe it was on overhaulin or something

but it made no sense.

i spent like over an hour just watching tv and trying to think of who could have stolen my truck. (really proactive right?)

so i texted my dad to ask him if the truck was there when he left for work and he said "yes, why?" then i told him it wasn't there and he called me right away.

i told him i left it in the driveway and the keys were in it, and there was no trace of it. after asking me "what do you mean it's not there?!" a few times he said "ohh, do you know what today is?" and i was thinking thursday=trash day, so it could have been the garbage guys that stole it?

he actually had to tell me it was april fools day before i realized that he just moved my truck behind our house this morning to trick me.

my dad has never been much of a prankster, but i have to admit, he got me good. i didn't expect it at all. thats the best i've ever been tricked on april 1st!

it happebned again.

was gonna trade the SWB for a Rad red 4x4 dbl cab on Monday. Went to the dealer...it was gone.

might just say fuck it and go with a 09 Pyrite Mica, or Barcelona Red 4x4.

seems all the 07 & 08's 4x4's that are around have more miles than my 06.

 

I was wheeling my GMC 4x4 before I bought the taco...I'm not the dumb ignorant fuck Johnecon thinks I am.

finally finished re-routing my exhaust so that i can do a flat belly t-case skid

biggest pain in the ass

probly took me 12 hours of work to finish it.

i had no idea laying on your back trying to fit pipes together by only using pre-made parts would be so frustrating.

and then every 5 seconds having to crawl out from under the truck to make a few little grinds, only to have to crawl back under to check and see if it fit.

and one of the bolts that attaches the header to the y-pipe broke!! that was second on the list of most annoying-ness

but shit, at least i'm done with it

 

They are 14 ft long by 24" deep. and the shorter ones are 6' and the tall one is 8' tall. THey all have adjustable shelves. Total it was $530 and I tipped the guy $20 because he ran into a few problems because of me.

 

Yeah... but who? I gotz to do this! I assume the have other colors?

Yeah they have different colors. If you use them let them know I sent you and Try to request Greg to install them. thats who did mine and he was great. these things are perfect.
