    There have been times where that road has been worse. I don't think I've ever seen it bad enough where you couldn't get an Outback through, though. Those are pretty high.

    I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
    This is out in western MA. You won't be going anywhere near there if you're going from RI up to Loon. Instead check stuff to do around Franconia Notch. Plenty of waterfalls or other scenic things to see!

    There's a ton of good waterfalls in the Hudson Valley region. I've seen a bunch of them myself but would go again if this trip comes that far south into NY...

    I'm with you there. I love hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, anything like that. But I have no desire to sleep outside.
