    Gone over the Top for a 5-lug..
    I had the Toyota specific adapter harness meant for the Joying, so not difficult at all. I had to splice in about 3 wires (negative, accessory, constant power) but the rest of it was pretty much plug in and play. I spent more time taking the dash apart (again) to add and remove wiring, and to route wiring to the ceiling.. beyond that, not any more difficult than installing a regular car stereo.

    The only snag was that the Joying electronics box is ever so slightly larger than standardized ISO double-din, by about 1/8" .. so the Metra trim Face-plate behind the screen wasn't used/useful without hacking the heck out of it.

    Not Enough and it continues...
    They make some "flowable silicone" that is made to run into the seams easier. I used the Permatex brand on mine. You can get it on Amazon, EBay, or your local auto parts store.
