I personally would like to see ND win out, makes our win earlier more impressive.

Same here. Win and win big makes Irish look better. Some are saying Irish are underrated a little bit. You guys are probably a lot better now than a month ago. Irish about the same

Oh no worries... It's all football convo. And anything I say it just my opinion, obviously.

Basically, I think auburn could be on the road to being a pretty damn good team by year-end (which sucks for us), but given some of the issues they've had to date, I wouldn't put them there yet. And while the "they ain't played nobody" trope is overused, I kinda feel like auburn hasn't played anybody outside of Clemson. I had high hopes for MSU after they beat La State, but it seems that might not have been indicative of anything, so beating MSU really isn't a feather in the cap of anybody. Missouri is hot garbage.

Now... That's NOT to say that auburn isn't improving and won't be good. I'm officially on record saying that the Iron Bowl makes me uneasy this year.

Like I said before, it'll all sort itself out by the end of the season anyway since they play each other. Not to mention, y'all have Ole Miss, then you're on the road at La State, Arky and TAMU. Go 4-0 over those games and my opinion will be different for sure.

As for what differentiates auburn and Georgia... Not a whole lot, I guess. UGA is undefeated and did beat Notre Dame on the road, not to mention the curb-stomping they put on Tennessee at Neyland. Despite playing a freshman QB, they feel like they're more together at this point. The next two weeks won't tell us anything more, though... Vandy and Mizzou. Meh.

The next 2 weeks might not tell anyone outside of UGA and I get that but it does have some merit for me at least. After 2 quality performances against bigger name teams Vandy could be a trap game. Going into this game and hopefully not missing a beat will speak a lot to me showing me that Kirby has this team focused and level headed. If we struggle, then we may be back to being Georgia.

Georgia projected to land the biggest recruit in next year's class. Decision to be announced tomorrow.

Busted CV boots and lots of squeaks.
Did anyone else pick up on the "Adidas" reference Herby made when they called back the NC State TD?

Something like "his Adidas were on the line" before he touched the ball.

Trevor Lawrence is number 2. Justin Fields is number 1. Your info is a little outdated.

Im just not so sure Fields will commit to us. I know he's had several visits and everything points to him coming here but the fact is we still already have 2 guys that could remain starters and there are other schools that need qbs now.

I don't think it really matters. They are both .9999. You missed my point that "arguably" the number 1 prospect is set to announce. Leaning towards Georgia.

And no I'm not a Georgia fan.

    Haha
It'll be interesting to see where he lands. I read Georgia and Florida State are top two project but I know he recently visited Bama.

I was basically going to make this exact post earlier, but figured people would think I was stupid for saying a blowout of Vandy and Missouri would actually mean something to me. That’s how you know being a Georgia fan over the years has been tough

Yea, Fields commits tomorrow. If he commits to the G, I can see Eason transferring if he doesn’t get his job back this season. The thing is, the offense would be completely changing for a dual threat QB. But...that has been the formula to beat bama the last few years.

Hey, you guys remember that time NC State lost to South Carolina?

I was there. Have had season tickets since I graduated in 2010. One of the more fun games I’ve been too in recent years. My voice is shot...

Best part was during Louisville’s comeback effort someone behind me yelled “birds don’t have teeth” (referring to their mascot). I’ll never be able to unsee it now

    Go pack!
