    I shouldn't need to. Check this out ...

    I'm 1.25" away from the cab mount bolt right now with my km2s. I'm gonna cut off that mounting bolt at an angle of my tape measure which will give me 2 5/8" clearance. Put a few small welds where my fingers are on the mount to secure it then plate it all back. At full compression with no coilovers in and at full lock with the TSLs on, I was still getting into that bolt by probably 1/4". I'm gonna gain 1 3/8" from cutting that bolt off, leaving me with roughly 1" of clearance at a bump that I can't even achieve because the coilover won't compress that much. I should have plenty of clearance.

    I see where you're going with it. Should def work; just never seen that technique used before haha.

    My only concern would be welding as far around that mount as possible to make sure it doesn't do any weird shifting for some stupid unknown/thought of reason. Looking forward to the finished product!

    Yeah should be easy enough. I wanted to start cutting and see where it lead me before fucking with moving the mount. I have no desire to run bigger then a 37" tire so if I clearance plenty for it then I'm good for life! FOR LIFE SON!

    yea, that was part of my reason for relocating the mount: 37s. that way, on top of permanently fixing my rubbing with 35s (still cant figure out why other than them being "true" 35s haha) I will also be able to do only the cutting I need (less work) to fit 37s IF I go that route in the future.
