Better to ask what I have not done.
just a fun fact because i am getting a little annoyed of numerical methods... say they are all 36 grain rounds with 1 grain of powder and 3 grains per case that means each round weights 40 grains if you have ~350ibs of ammo not counting cases, that would be (350 lbs * 7000 grains per lb)/40 grains per round =61,250 cartridges, thats a lot of pew pew and chill :infantry:

Exactly my point. We as gun owners always take extreme precaution when it’s not always needed. It’s just in our mind set :)

    Hahahha fine :D

Build a 6.5 Grendel in an AR 15 lower if you want the ballistics and distance of a 308. They are very similar but the 308 will carry a bigger velocity because of the size but not by much:D

My Grednel will be done hopefully today. Just waiting on a lpk from RRA that had a 3.5lb varmint trigger.

The if you want a real long shooter the build a 6.5CM:D much better bullet compared to the 308 and you won't be disappointed!

Also obligatory 6.5 Grendel upper on my pistol lower

It's all the same except for the bolt and barrel. I found a smoking deal on a 5R 20 inch barrel with headspaced bolt. I am tempted to build a 22 nosler now too:D

I starting to think I like the weird calibers because I want to build a 458 Socom too
