I seriously considered it. Main reason I didn't is because I plan to put an awning there, eventually.

Mid height rack means side opening for me. I use the tailgate as a work space.

Nice rigs you got there. I kept going back and forth between another Taco or 4runner. Trying to talk the wife into trading the Rav for a 4runner, but I think she's leaning towards the highlander.

Yeah, the 4Runner Pro is my buddy's. Really nice. I tried to push my wife towards one, too, but she ended up with an Acura suv instead (more practical with the kids, I guess).

Yep that's sort of my wife's reasoning with the Highlander instead of 4Runner. I decided on the Tacoma again because I use the bed more than I would inside cargo area, and I also tow. I know the 4Runner can tow as well, but having the better ratings with the Tacoma I chose that. Some people complain about how it tows, but personally I don't have anything against how it tows. It does the jobs pretty good for me and I'm only towing about 3k pounds at a time.

Anyone wanna send me some beer bottle caps they aren’t saving??:boink:

Made a cheesy little table out of some scrap pallet wood to clear some scrap up. Sanded it, put some medium colored walnut oil on it, little trim on top, glueing caps to the top then going to put some tile grout between them to fill the spaces in. Just need a nice variety of caps now to finish it. Got about half.
