    the pluses I can see:
    4x4
    aftermarket front bumper
aftermarket set of fogs mounted in front of grill
    a bed cover
    towing package

    the negatives I can see-
not sports package(no hood scoop and bumpers not painted)
aftermarket rims are horrible, there plain ugly. the tires arent doing to well either. also, there is no lift from what I can tell.
the price is too high for an 05 with 47000 miles. its 5 years old and there asking only a few thousand under what a brand new 2010/2009 tacoma will cost you. maybe if it was around 15-17k it might be worth it. try kbb the truck and see what the current value is. im sure it wont be near what there asking.

If I were you i'd try and buy an 07 or newer and put the rims/tires of your choice on along with a lift. those rims/tires that are on there will still look horrible even if you lift it.

Cheaper to find a base model and do add-ons. That one shouldn't be more than $15K.

im trying to say that they would look better with a painted bumper and hood scoop. a trd offroad sports package is the best of both worlds.

if you like the rims (cant see how anyone would) and dont care about the hood scoop then I say go for it, but dont pay anymore than 16 k. and like everyone else said look around for a better deal. you can get a better deal from a private party (someone selling their truck themselves) on craigslist, local classifieds, tacomaworld, etc.) rather than a dealer, try and stay away from used car dealers. they tend to rip you off.

I would keep looking thats alot of coin for a 05 with 50,000 miles and its a access cab you could find a 4 door with package for pretty close to that

    ERR what?
TRD sport and TRD offroad are two different options. The TRD sport does not have an E-locker.

I think a fake hood scoop is irrelevant at best.

Any way To Op thats too much money for an 05

Try and get em down to like 15k as somebody else suggested, that sounds like a fair price for it. If they won't go down near that, walk out.

yes, and when you combine them you get the best of both worlds, a trd offroad (4x4 with locker) with the sports package painted bumper and hood scoop. have you never seen that?
