    What sucks is going back up the hill on Saturdays is the Vegas traffic makes for a slow drive

    Doesn't have one other I saw with you swap 3 of your lug nuts with these special ones that essentially a winch drum fits on and locks in to place hook to a tree wind the synthetic winch cable around the drum drive forward pulls you out .

    You may still be able to find the winch drum that bolts to all the wheel lugs. I talked to some old timers and they suggested to use 2 and 2 lines so it'll pull straight, especially if you put them on the front of a 4x4.

    Out in the dunes I've seen a myriad of sand boards. Our EMT's and LE carried wide belting in their trucks or used backboards. It helps to have a line tied from them to the rig so, when you get unstuck, you can keep driving and just drag them behind till you find a good spot to stop and load them back up.
