Got a notice in the mail back in May that stated that I needed to get emissions tested on my truck before I could renew my tabs. Of course, later that I day the CEL illuminated. Scanned the codes and got 0125, 0300, 0303 and 1135. Weird, I didn't feel any misfires etc. I cleared the codes and ran around the block. Sure enough, 0125, and 1135 came back.

My truck is not my DD so I let it sit for later because I just didn't have the time to mess with it. Here it is 4 months later and I finally got a chance to get around to it. First thing I noticed was the battery had died. It's over 6 years old so I just put in a new one...

    20171006_125524.jpg

After that, I replaced the A/F sensor to take care of the 1135 code. I figured that while i was there, I'd do the O2 sensor as well. I've only put 50 or so miles on it, but so far so good. Both sensors were kind of a PITA though. Had to remove the console (MT) to get to the plug for the A/F sensor. They definitely made that for small hands. Also, had to remove the seat etc. to get to the plug for the O2 sensor. All the nuts were corroded and I didn't feel like messing with them, so a trip to the stealership for new ones was in order.

All and all, not a bad way to spend an afternoon. It's been awhile since I've spent any time under my truck, but it made me remember why i bought it in the first place. I haven't cleaned the undercarriage in years, but it's still clean and rust free. :yes:Going to go on Monday to get the emissions tested.

My housings are painted black on the inside. Too much lunar mist is too much lunar mist! I also have the same bumper as you. Just not plated in. It's line x'd & I installed a 22" @CaliRaisedLed 4D optic light bar in the center.
I took my 42" light bar off after 6 months too.

Holy ish!!! I paid $47 or $50 for mine. And they're still just fine. I'm sure they're not as good as those. But I'm fine with that!

Drive shaft from Transfer case to front diff are the same on both double cab and access cab.

Front portion of the rear drive shaft on both double cab and access cab are different lengths. You must get a front portion of the Rear drive shaft from an access cab. T-case Back toward the rear tires. If you can get a whole two peace. Less vibration issues if you do.
