I’m doing good now that I just got home, with a bunch of Taco Bell to boot. Nice to get this 12 out of the way, we get the next two Saturday’s off. My Netflix is still FUBAR though.

 

i think its time to start eating... now what to make for breakfast that is the question.

So far pretty good. Made some coffee thinking it would help me stay awake. I think it backfired. I'm sleepier now than I was before.

 

doing pretty well. no magnet, but i did get the exhaust installed on the focus, it sounds a lot better than the garbage that the P/O had on there

 

Just got back from a 2 alarmer. That broke up the night.

Hi everyone! I have worked graveyard shift for 33 years, so am I qualified to stop by here from time to time?

 

Wow that's a long time. How many hour of sleep do you get. I avg about 5 hours, been on nights shift for 7 years.

 

Well I work all 12 hour shifts and usually get 3 to 4 hours a day of sleep.
The first 15 years I worked at a corrugated box plant. The first 7 years was 8 hours a night 5 or 6 days a week. But the last 8 years of that job was 12 hours a night 7 days a week with no holidays off either. But the job I’ve had for the last 18 years is a lot better!

Had a couple possible tornados and high winds come thru the upstate tonight. Lots of power outages in my county.
No damage or outage in my immediate area.

 

Snowing a little here now. Should have around 4-7 inches after it's all over tomorrow afternoon.

It's nice to be home!
