I actually started using the "acorn" app you had spoken about some time back. My investments have net a return of a whopping $0.72

 

I saw that earlier. But it doesn’t interest me. Its a super extended Drop Bracket lift. I would like to see how they do the rear suspension though. 8” blocks?

 

That's great! At least you're in the positive. I went too aggressive and lost like $15 by the end of it.

 

Not sure what this app is, but im not sure an app is what I want to use. I look at my bank account multiple times per day, so i feel like i can do the savings there.

But im also an impulse buyer, so that doesn’t help. Maybe the savings can be for something long term

The app is "acorns" and it links to your accounts, and automatically rounds up purchases and sets aside the "loose change". You don't even notice it's gone, but after a few months you'd be surprised how much is in there.

 

How did you end up loosing money?

 

Because it the stuff it was investing in was doing poorly. It's not like I owed them money or anything, but after a year, rather than having $1,000, I had $985.

 

Do i need to pay for it? I like my accounts to be even.

I just opened a saving account, set a weekly automatic transfer from the principal one to the saving, and forget about it lol then someday I'll check it and say Woot! I can get this!
