Stock tacoma is advertised at 74.6.... you sure that gatekeeper is only an inch and a half wider than that?

It might be more than that - I have a 1st gen so it always seemed like plenty of room lol.

What size tire are you running/going to?

Brainstorming a different build. 47" LTBs. They take a lot of room to turn, and the easiest way to give them that room is distance from the frame.

Yeah, little different than a Taco. Keeping the frame narrow through the front end is going to help a lot, depending on what axle you're running. Are you building the frame or basing it on something?

Step one is figure out the maximum dimensions feasible, then work back from there.

If you are worried about width you shouldn't have a 2nd gen.. get a first gen and solid axle that with an FJ80 front axle.

The skinniest constrictions at ORV's are 78" from what i've seen/heard. But I was 82" in my tacoma and never had any problems. Both Andrew and I are 86" and he has never had any problems besides not being able to go in Evans Creek.

Hit Gallagher today. We were the first ones up there in the snow. Trail hasn't changed a bit besides that washout on the forest service road has been smoothed over. But the Jolly mountain fire did come down to the road that parallels Lake Cle elum towards the end of the lake.

Opinion poll: What would you guys say fair market value for a used CBI bed rack would be? New is $799 (bare) + about $120 for shipping. Used rack is about 8 months old and mint condition - apparently it is sprayed with rubberized paint (plastidip????) so I'd probably have it blasted and powder coated.

I was thinking $500 absolute max.. Guy says he wants $700 for it which factoring in shipping is only $200 shy of a brand new one.
