Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    Air to water IC on top somewhere? And do u really need a radiator? Just drive real fast and keep plent of air flow over the motor and it should be fine

    Yeah I’m really wanting to swap to a water to air intercooler setup. I love my MAF pre turbo, but hate the wierd readings after a pull.
    And to cut out the 5 feet of aluminum, I can throw a wench where the IC is.

    maybe disregard the post above, I found a list that comes with just one flange for $28 and I may just go with that (all 304SS)

    Most of the time the truck will still need to see voltage from the MAF to run right... So with a piggyback you can clamp it and essentially bypass it. With a full standalone, I'd assume you could run without it. What Haltech?

    Do not need to. However. You'll have a continual CEL for no MAF, if you do.

    I still have mine, installed. It just keep the stock ecu happy, for inspection time.

    For mine, if I ever need to swap back to stock, it is there and ready to go. Of course, I built my setup to be modular.

    Did you guys leave it on the stock piece of intake piping or retrofit something? Also could you put a resistor in the clip so the cel would stay off?

    Haltech doesn't care about it because it is not using it. So that function is turned off. Therefore the factory ecu just has it happy and doing nothing in the background. Since the Haltech controls the injectors, widebands, timing, air metering.
