    Not sure, there was a sign that said "deeded subdivision" but we definitely weren't the first to wheel there. I think that as long as we mind our own business and do run into the neighborhoods we should be fine

    Saturday, well this weekend, is the Texas Avid Outdoors Expo @ Oxford Ranch. Im planning on meeting some OB folks and heading there on Saturday. Id definitely want to run with yall, just probably cant make 1530

    This place isnt going to last...imo. we ran into a trail that went into a future backyard basically. It was so great though
