Got my proper front springs in. Funny how much faster jobs go on the second time around. And also with an impact gun.

And a bonus shot of the temporary racing stripes she wore for the autocross yesterday

I added a couple washers to the spacer on the clutch pedal. Probably a temp solution, but I'll enjoy it for now.

Nothing... Changed the rack in my brother's 1st gen Tundra. It rusted through the housing behind the mount. Learn I'm getting too old to do this kind of work from the garage floor without a lift.:benchpress:

The same shit everyone else has.
Spent some more time with my cab rack today

Starting to feel better about the design staring at it in the daylight.

One huge problem...with the way the Rhino Rack load bars sit on the rack, you have to assemble the whole rack then put it on the roof. Its a pain.

I have an easy idea to fix this, I just need to go to the hardware store and pick up a few things.

Tomorrow, I should have the rack sorted out 100% and hopefully the mounts as well. Once the rack's done and mounted, I can move on to the next project - building a larger fairing with a 40" single row light bar.

Definitely put in some sound deadening material. As for your carpet, you'd be surprised what dawn soap, a bristle brush, and some elbow grease will do. I got it with the shop vac after and let it air dry for the rest of day in the hot summer sun. I also set the carpet up off the ground on a couple pallets with fans blowing underneath and over top. Came out like new!

That said, black carpet is really nice. All black everything :headbang:

    Over achiever...

ECGS bushing is in! Between my not being the most mechanically inclined and also a perfectionist, it took longer than it probably should have :turtleride:

Gonna put it all back together tomorrow and change out the diff and transfer fluids. Excited to see if the vibes are gone:fingerscrossed:
