Might as well start this now. Eric lost everything, I think my house will be okay.

I should have food, drink, showers and shelter if anyone needs anything. Some tools, clothing, etc.

Woah. Glad you got out safe.

60 fires? Is it arson do you think? That would suck.

    Or maybe lightening?

We had crazy wind coming from a winter storm in the Rockies (per the news). Not sure if arson is a thing but I’d be pretty blown away if downed power lines caused that. At 230am there were 4 main fires in a connectable line from each other.

Sure we will find out soon enough. Conditions are bad, definitely going to be a mess.

We have a couple of fires kind of local to Sacramento right now. 1 in Nevada/Yuba County (Cascade Fire) 1 in Butte County (Cherokee Fire)

That is a fucked up thing to go through. I lived it in the Oakland hills fire in 91. Glad you made it out ok.

Shits crazy, I can’t even make it into Santa Rosa as Calistoga is all in flames. If you get an order to evacuate, whether mandatory or voluntary, please take it seriously! Your house and belongings can be replaced, you can not!

Holy shit. I just got up, went outside, smelled smoke and knew it had to be bad, then I check on here and see just how bad.

Did it just start over night?

The smell of smoke in Sunnyvale is strong. Air didn't seem too bad. If anyone affected is down this way and needs help/supplies I am happy to help out.

Lot of neighborhoods completely gone, about a mile and a half from my house.

Hoping it spares our immediate area.

Not sure if our business is in the burn area, but flanked us closely within a quarter mile.
