I was thinking SXSW. Seen a few shows on KET and other public broadcast networks.

 

ACL, the music festival, is outdoor. ACL, the PBS series, is indoor.

 

The PBS series still has great bands, the festival now only has big box bands.

 

Pray for me, about to walk into my 100th doctors visit, the prostate mystery continues.

 

I texted little man the birthday video this morning. I heard him listening to it in the other room on his iPad. lol

He liked getting to be like all the guys on TW and get a birthday video too. Had the biggest smile on his face.

 

What Paul said. The televised stuff is better.

Seen bigger names and smaller names alike.

 

Been going to both for as long as I can remember

 

I like the series because the ones they bring in usually extend themselves into something, as opposed to just playing their catalog. One of my favorites on ACL was Nine Inch Nails, they went totally a different direction than their catalog and expectations.

 

Damn its going to be a long day. ​

I think I remember seeing Rusted Root or Acoustic Hookah on there. Also, maybe Coheed and Cambria. The Avett Brothers, and many more.

Highly possible none of those were ever there, too. I've had multiple concussions and sometimes my brain manufactures things my sub-conscience wants to happen lol

Of course, needed to be warm for the paint to dry. Had hell actually frozen over, the paint would never dry.
