Im glad you mentioned light. I have 3 of the 8ft'er fluorescent shop lights ready to be hung and wired up. Along with a 4 footer for under the top shelf of the bench.

I'm trying to get my organization together before I bring all my stuff home that way i can organize it all as it gets put away.

That is great. Don't forget if you can get some extra power outlets in there. Even some 220.

Any of you nerds do home audio?

I have a set of desktop speakers I made, turning them into the drivers for my home theater. The quality and clarity is great, they just don't have the ability to move a lot of air with the 20W/channel desktop amp I have, plus no digital in. I know I'm eventually gonna have to shell out for a receiver.

Sort of wondering if there's such a thing as an acceptable quality, inexpensive compact mid-woofer to give these bad boys just a little extra help on filling in the lows.

Also worth mentioning that I live in a townhome so, a mild mannered 8" driver (or maybe even a beefier center channel on a 5.1) is probably more than enough, my average listening volume is pretty mild so it shouldn't result in angry neighbors.

Speaking of which I'm only doing it because I have NO ROOM here for my Magnepan Tympani 1D's...

Dunno if I should sell them, or hold on...

Have you looked at soundbars? It looks like the space is small and you can get square with a soundbar from that pic you posted.

I was thinking the same thing as @Aw9d on the sound bar thing. There are some amazing sounding ones out there, some that will even do Dolby Atmos decoding.

Spent 4 days up in Jackson, WY for a work trip. Got a full day of fly fishing on drift boats, some mountainbiking and a quick trip to Yellowstone. Some pics for your guys enjoyment to see that there are places that actually have seasons lolIMG_1122.jpgIMG_1088.jpgIMG_1056.jpgIMG_1155.jpgIMG_1141.jpgIMG_1183.jpgIMG_1187.PNG.jpg

You guys have seasons down there, liveable, hot, and melting your face off lol. We have seasons up here in flag too and way closer than Jackson. But yes definitely beautiful up there. Made a trip a few years ago and it is amazing. Need to make it back some time

Got my neighbor to buy a Samsung that does Dolby Atmos and it's freaking amazing. His room is square and the surround works so well.

So pricey. We stayed in a 3.2 million dollar house that would legit sell for $500k here

Pricey and small. I like a small town, but Jackson is too small. They don't even have a Walmart. If we were going to move to that area we'd move to Idaho Falls or Bozeman, someplace a little bigger where you can actually get a decent job and you aren't paying tourist prices for everything.
