Twist or pop top. Doesn't matter to me about the little dent on top. Some of mine are as well. Even got a few Mountain Dew caps up there. I have about half of the table finished with them and that took close to 2 years alone to collect those.

Have you considered filling in around them with pollyurathane instead of grout it may be lighter and looks really cool with the bottle caps under the surface

Oh yeah Asheville is a beautiful area. That picture in my signature is actually a couple of hours outside of Asheville in Linville Gorge. Pink Hill is a tiny little country town towards the East Coast. It's a good ways away from Asheville.

Yep we (the wife and I) thought about that and figured we would choose a light colored grout then actually put a layer of pollyurathane or acrylic on top to shine it up and even it up with the piece of trim. That way you will still see the cap tops but the wood and any excess glue that leaks out around the caps would be covered up by the grout.

A "bar top" finish is what you are thinking about. They are either a thick poly or an epoxy resin. Either way, a thick resin-like material, hardens clear and glossy, easy clean-up. Not hard to apply, either.

    I second the poly/bar-top. :)

However you finish it, do show up pictures!

Don't get too excited lol It was just a quick little thrown together sort of deal with some scrap. Nothing fancy by no means, but eventually when it is finished I'll try and get some pictures. Still got some caps to locate then fill everything in.

    No wonder town looked dead.....
Pic is for @Beef Nachos !! Thxs
Snow starting to stick on the hills near the coast, inland is getting dusted and cold nights. Time to think about heading south, and fish the mighty Thompson river on the way out!

Great looking scenery in those. Been trying to convince the ol lady to get near some mountains full time but she won't do it.

I don't forget what day Thanksgiving is on..... I like to eat to well! Family that cared about me are dead and gone but a church in town feeds me good on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. Still miss my Grandmother that raised me though. Man she could cook!

Last weekend I camped out in Coal Township, PA, for AOAA Mobtown Offroad Expo.
Turns out I didn't take photos of Rightline bed tent while camping...
    This is all I have

I actually didn't count them, so my guesstimate is approximately 50ish (maybe)

Since I don't actually have a headcount, and just took few pics with my phone, don't quote on it, lol
