I disconnected two garden hoses and called it a day
Let em lay too, prolly gonna wash some trucks next weekend.

That's another good reminder.
DONT leave hoses connected to outside hose bibbs.
The hose bibb typically shuts off at a point inside the heated house making it "freeze proof" but if a hose is left connected, it cant drain and you can split your hose bibb.
The real fun part about this is that it splits downstream of the shut off so it only leaks when you turn it on.

Many moons ago I had a stack of "regulars" that I would visit every spring to replace their hose bibbs. I let someone else fix all the water damage

 

Well been without power since 5:20 this morning, great start for the first snow fall..

Was wondering why the driver side tire had a rub again. Seems I overlooked the bed slamming into the cab and shifting everything. So much for my easy repair.

bahaha, yeah I didnt think that one through fully.

 

I've had luck shifting the cab a couple millimeters. The bolts don't have very much play though.

 

Yup... both my s2000's I had proximity sensor set just so it'd go off if someone touched the top (since slitting the top and getting in was common). But knew that would only slow them down since they'd often push them down the street to a flatbed. The second one pretty much never parked outside. Is it really that hard to keep your hands off stuff that isnt yours!!

 

Because they got to have it!


Honestly working retail i seen alot of people steal. Had a co worker get his tundra stolen out of his driveway with in secs. Partly his fault, people just do it cause they can and or feel they shouldent have to pay for it.

 

Yeah... easy money I suppose. And knowing you'll only get a slap on the wrist, it sure doesn't deter them.
