    Almost 44. I injured the knee at 15 in a swimming accident and it's never been right. 7 yrs ago it locked up (bursitis) and I couldn't bend it for 6 weeks...crutch and heavy brace.

    Look up and do the Thessaly test. Might help you determine if a meniscus injury.
    This and flax seed oil. I take 2400mg a day and it does wonders for joint stiffness and soreness.

    Who really cares? I'm doing this because packing 225lbs of fatass up a mountain for work is getting old and I want to make life easier on me. Still not sure about Zach's motives...or if he even lifts. Slotaco does it because he lacks a personality. Unfortunately I don't think lifting will fix that...
