and you also can't think of something that is new? because when you simplify every "technological" achievement for the past several centuries to what they are in the most elementary of explanations, they have already been done, just improved upon. making a time machine maybe, but I have one at my house; it just only works in forwards at regular speed.

The only thing that is really gonna be 100% unique to you is a vlog, a lot of people make them but your life is your own. I’d suggest film styles between Casey Neistat and Roman Atwood for you @yota243

I don't know who they are; if I look them up will I be upset or disappointed?

that time machine part made me laugh out loud. it doesn't always have to be "technological" that's where people limit themselves.

I was kind of using that word loosely (incorrectly I suppose) just as a broad term to encompass all inventions I guess

It’s unlikely that time could be travelled to the past, it goes against the special theory of relativity where a massive dense object can cause the space around it to bend making time go faster than for those that aren’t close to the massive dense object.

Using that logic, I would surmise that nothing 'new' is ever actually a human creation. The one thing that comes to mind is AI creation. But without hurting anyone's feelings, I have my doubts that any one of us could actually fathom the 'new' things that are actually being done in some recluse corner of the world in the name of science. Anything we read or hear about in private sector science and tech has been around for at least 2 decades in black projects funded by governments and sworn to secrecy until which time it is deemed outdated. Only then do we see it.

Can anyone shed some light on if it would be at all feasible attempting to fit these double cab steps to my regular cab?

the accuracy of this unsettles me. thought about it many a time, how I may never do anything with great meaning because someone else has already done it.

That is unless we get into wormholes which is way more experimental, and even if we did find a way to create one ourselves we would have to open another one for it in the future. That’s assuming you found a way to not die going through it

I love stuff like the theory of special relativity, it fascinates me. Anybody else like that stuff?

    its actually more than unlikely.
1 if you could travel to the past (or anyone ever could) than people in the past would be aware of time travel because of people traveling to the past from the future; in short if time travel ever was to exist, it would always exist or at least the knowledge of it would
2 if you could travel back in time with an objective, and you did, then there would be no need to travel back in time with that objective because the objective would have been done in the past (by you) already, but if you didn't go to the past to begin with it would have no been done... its the grandfather paradox

there are several other reasons it cant happen but the main take away is, it cant happen and never will

Was using the term unlikely because I’m hesitant to say never

maybe the people that know about time travel and can do it are just really good at keeping it secret? unlike the idiots in movies that always screw it up.
