    Much agreed! The system has literally no coolant running through it at something around 2 quarts. You could imagine how quickly that gets the blower heatsoaked. Extra coolant is always a great thing to have! And it's guaranteed leak free since it is all metal now! :thumbsup:

    That is an upper crossmember brace indeed. It was custom made by Anthony @DTFtacoma A few years back.

    The pulley is a Qwikchange hub/ pulley two piece design made by Pulleyboys out of Washington (if I remember correctly). It's a 100% bolt on design for our superchargers. I have been running it a few months and I absolutely love it and it's modular design.

    So, it's expensive, but it looks like a better mousetrap. Does it bolt to the same 4 little holes that our bracket uses? Looks like it. I think I may buy one. Anybody have experience with this? I think my leak is still around the cap and I've replaced once. Why do you suppose Toyota of Dallas has a replacement for sale?

    Edit: I keep trying to buy one, but the silly website won't let me input the state. So now I'm waiting for them to get back to me. Also, it was a very bad thing to see the other goodies on Figs. I think there will be more purchases. Thanks TW.

    Still havent gotten scott to help me, the ucon itself does things that annoy me aka it doesn't work like it should. Still getting cels all the time, and my truck doesnt feel very powerful etc etc I just need scott to help

    That's interesting. I'd also like to know if your ecu has a TRD or bd flash.
    I've had some little tweaks that had to be worked out but its all good now and my truck without a doubt runs stronger than prior. Hang in there man!

    We've had some discussion about the AFE headers with the cats, but I'm curious if anyone here has experience with them. If I buy the DT shorties I have to add cats and I'm unsure which method is better. It's all welded in the end.

    Don’t do the AFE’s.....I held out to see how they’d be myself. glorifiedwelder I believe got them and the cats failed within 500 miles. I did highflow cats. I also have 2 sets of OEM manifolds with cats for sale if you’d want to stick with an OEM cat...

    It's been a few months since I've done anything to the Tacoma and now I think about it all the time. It's a drug. Finally got cool (at least for a day or two) this morning and she was pulling hard. Made me think about more boost/hp. I don't when it's enough, but I haven't gotten there yet. Even looked at the snout cutter a while ago...
