Heres a post with the back of the letters/clips:
Would anyone be interested in replica TRD Faux grilles?

They dont come drilled, but there are divots in the back of the grill for drilling placement

Do the clips hold the letters securely? Or is epoxy really necessary?

I looked over the posts and it seems they do fine. Epoxy seems to just be extra and some are doing it because they have other emblems attaching such as the FJ cruiser ones. Doesn't hurt nonetheless.

It’s hard to see (in my photo)the tiny posts on the letters . They measure around. 0.075 in.
A 5/64 drill bit is 0.078125 that’s what I used and it worked just fine. Just like Paxton 306 said it would thanks paxton 306

Well, I just ordered my grill and letters. Can't wait for them to arrive so I can get to work.

What type of epoxy is everyone using to secure the letters to the grill?

Also, has anyone done a tutorial on how to cut out the O's and A's? Or has anyone even bothered to do that

I just got the grille today and I might be missing the letters. I did select the DIY letter options and my total was $250 as it should be with selecting letters. I read that a lot of people got the letters a day early and so I checked for them but they weren't here. I also read people found them in what looked to be junk, but I only see the foam that went over the grille as well as 2 small sheets of bubble wrap by itself. Nothing else in the box, nothing under the box flaps, nothing attached to the grille, etc. How were the letters supposed to come, in the main box, a seperate box, attached to something, etc? Took a week to ship from CA to FL and was really excited to put it on today but if I am indeed missing the letters I'll have to wait another week likely..

Update: They have been in the front office since October 6th..USPS didn't leave any sort of notice that I had a package in there and I only received the Fedex tracking from the vendor.
