If you listen closely you will hear me ask if i am on a good line and you hear "Ummmmmmmmmmmm.......Yeah" haha. He didnt see the better line further to the right that i was trying to take so i dont blame him.
Also i dont think that a short bed would have any better luck, it sat down right after the tire. I think the issue here was suspension and tire size...

I picked this up for the steep price of free.99 so I wouldn't be opposed to sending to a new home after tonight's adventures at the Stars game

Well, may have found a source for a front bumper. I think it's the best I've seen yet, but it comes with a price tag...

Looking at $650 for a WIY kit (only option offered) + $100 for shipping. The hoops and cutouts are extra, but not sure if these prices are correct or not. I'd prefer the hoopless I think, but wouldn't mind some fog holes. The winch cutout and tray are standard. Says weld time should be aprox 6-8 hours, so can add that in to an additional cost as well. Thoughts?

Get a center hoop if nothing else. Full hoops are better.
    Fog lights are required.
Those dots under the headlights looks like they are chrome from auto zone.

Other than that, if it's what's available, then get it.

Pay for a good welder to put it together, not a buddy's brother's uncle's lover's friend who will give you a great deal.

I dunno, you sound like a salesman at 4wp...o_Oo_Oo_O

Why the hoops? It looks more overland, if you're into that, lol. I dunno, I like the sleekness of no hoops.

Triple hoops look better IMO. I also have started leaning towards the look and function of hoops. Over all I think the bumper looks good!

    Center hoop is best hoop.

Only because it can protect the grill from rouge trees or hi-lifts or pedestrians or deer or jeeps.

Full hoops are eh, I think a center hoop on your truck would look nice.

I'm sure most of ya'll are going to hold out for the TW calendar, but wanted to give any of those who are fans of my landscape photography a heads up that I'm taking pre-orders of my 2018 calendars. 11x14 top-spiral bound on heavy semi-gloss card stock paper. This year I'm donating 60% of everything I made from these to disaster relief funds as so many areas from coast to coast have been devastated by hurricanes and fires. I'll do a TW special, all orders $25/ea for local pick up either in the N. Dallas area or at a December TW meet.

In totally unrelated news, discovered the source and fixed the high pitch squeak in the back of my truck that had been driving me nuts for months. Seems Discount Tire didn't tighten down the spare enough and the spring in the tire lift was making that awful noise I was hearing going over bumps.
