    Thanks guys for the love.

One question I have a guy that is selling his jbl speakers and amp from his truck, how hard would it be to install the amp? Or is there already a harness hidden somewhere for that?

Might want to ask this in a thread of its own. I'd also be interested in an answer.

I've been more than pleasantly surprised by the gas mileage on my '17 TRD Sport 4x4. Over 24 on the highway and 20 to 21 mixed. Kicks butt on my '06 TRD OR 4x4, and 40 plus more HP.

I doubt that I'll do too much in the way of mods. I think the truck is sharp just the way it is. Surprise my girly girl wife thinks the truck is snazzy. On my '06 TRD OR I removed the boy racer decals but they seem classier more toned down on the '17 TRD Sport. I'm 63 years old and my days of rock crawling and mud running are well behind me. I will replace the original tires with a more aggressive LT tire when the time comes, but other than in-channel vent shades and all the options that come with a $40,000 plus sticker I doubt I would do too much more modification, though I would be interested in a K & N or similar performance air intake system. Anyone out there that has installed one of these? Interested in hearing impressions of performance and installation difficulty

Thanks, I had my '06 TRD OR for going on 12 years before trading it in on the '17. BTW got a much, much better trade-in than I was offered on my 8 year old '98 Ford Ranger OR. I loved the '06 but the '17 has all the modern bells and whistles except for inexplicably electric seats. love the power slider rear window, though a good buddy has the Tundra with the power rear window that goes down all the way.
