    Yes, replacement hanger with shackle in tension. The picture is how it would be bolted on the frame, with shackle drooped forward

    very nice...been tempted to switch back when these kits come out...i heard someone else on the west coast is putting together this product as well and got my interest perked. Most of our springs are produced based on this design. Supposedly rides better and holds weight better. been a while since i flipped mine, so i forget what the ride was like haha... #ididitforthedroop

    This would look real nice on the truck when the Dynatrac rear end goes in...

    Just saying!

    Can't wait to see full result and such!

    @ARCHIVE

    Also would like to know this answer, am looking at a set of Superbumps from Wheelers right now for when the new rear goes into place.

    Yep, always good to support small business, but Wheelers is a company I don't mind supporting either...

    Really excited to see that shackle hanger in full form though!

    @ETXTacoma
    The 2" poly bumps are about as hard as stock rubber, but not as tall as superbumps. Won't hurt my feelings if you buy superbumps, I was thinking of contacting Wheelers to maybe be able to offer them with my U-bolt flip

    They are foam, softer, not too soft, and they could be trimmed

    So how does this compare or what does it do differently from the regular shackle flip that you sell?

    You're ready? Travel wise, depending on the free length of the spring, it might be able to have as much droop as shackle flip but more bump travel.
    It does hang a little lower than stock hanger, but of course can take a hit.
    Also, made up some optional Archive fab'd shackles a bit longer than stock shackles.

    This kit looks awesome! I have dakars in the rear with fox shocks. My rear shocks can accommodate a lift up to 5", will the shackles give me an additional lift of +1" on top of leaf pack 2.75"?

    Thanks, I guess I confused my thread by posting the new tension shackle hanger yesterday, but I think you're talking about the shackle flip kit. The shackle flip would add 1.25-1.5" to Dakars.
    The tension hanger kit would only have a slight lift using the stock shackle.

    Going to be adding a lot of weight to the rear of my truck in the near future. Might be ordering these soon

    Is there a way not to add the extra lift? My truck sits raked, which is fine, because I haul stuff. I don't want another 1.5" in the rear.

    Enter my new hanger, only slight lift with stock shackle, plus it's not weak like stocker and makes the ride better

    Buy a tent and a swing out rear bumper like me and then you don't have to worry about it Lol

    I have a tent, gear, spare tire, 10 gallons on water, gas. It's a 6ft bed, fits lots of crap. Just don't want to ride around with a ton of rake when not loaded down

    I'm interested in the new shackle hangar and longer fabbed shackles. Seems like a good idea.
