    It's starting to pop around where I live. You want a hidden gem? Hit the Washington NH area. It's at elevation so the leaves there are really turning, but it's kinda the boonies, so no one really makes it a leaf peeping destination. Washington, Lempster, Marlow...

    My buddy and his wife had their anniversary yesterday too, actually, and they celebrated by having a normal day. Apparently they both forgot until last night, so to celebrate they cracked a bottle of wine and watched some TV :laugh:

    So I guess it doesn't matter what you do to celebrate, as long as you're happy, right?

    They've been together 15 years, married for ?8? (I should remember the number; I was his best man. But I don't :anonymous: ) and have two kids, ages 4 and 1. They both work full time. Easy to forget things/events. And they've been together long enough that they don't really feel the need to make a big deal of their anniversary any more. :notsure:

    The GF and I aren't really any more exciting. For our 13th this weekend we just spent the day in Castine, and got each other appliances for gifts :laugh:

    It was definitely good. We'd been there once or twice before, before our 2nd was born. This was the first time with both kiddos. Needless to say it was "chaotic" to say the least, but whatever.

    Any of you guys ever do a yota engine rebuild? Most of my experience is on old 350 chevys....Overbore, rods, pistons, valve train, cam? Found a junkyard 3rz that turns over yesterday for cheap considering Turning it into a long time/tinker project....

    That's generally how it goes. We order the boys' food early, get them fed then cram down our food before the wheels come off.
