Not really important for the order per say since theyre all either going to Texas or East Coast. Either way well get it sorted.

The quote has been placed. Well see what they say.

I am very grateful for him and @docloco.

If all this goes down, I will definitely be mentioning other MVPs.

Impressive Docloco, but with 3700 miles, couldn't you make the track look like a Toyota logo or something? Thanks, you guys, for doing this!

I am doing the count right now.

It seems like some people did not account for the $20 paypal was going to take out FROM THE AMOUNT and did not make a payment on that fact, others paid too much. Others just had the wrong amount.

Some of you did not include all the information in your paypal notes, most importantly, your username.

I am working with docloco to get the correct amount with the PP fee being automatically withdrawn from the payment. I will be PM'ing everyone who has sent the wrong amount.

@docloco how did you plot your stops like that? That'd work perfectly to plan our stops out West next year

This has been my favorite part of throwing group buys, people who dont read the post and give you what you need. makes everything so much harder, especially on this scale.

Thanks for your hard work guys

@Mrguitarguy01 if NW folks haven't paid up - how about releasing those spots to TX people - or at least people that can pick them up or are already on a planned route?

Every once in a while I have a good one. ;-)

These guys can't commit and are about to miss the second deadline. Free it up and let's move on.

I paid the day you posted the payment details and I know most other guys jumped in right away too.

    Cheers,

    Update 10.11.17
As you all know we did not meet our quota, and this comes with some bad news, and some worse news.

Bad news: Tent prices went up for both Texas and East Coast.

For Texas: The tent was $572.20. It is now $580.00. It could have been worse.
So if you got the 2-3 + annex the new price is $667.

For the East Coast, it went up more as well. Due to the distance the price went from $591.10 to $615.40

So if you had the small + annex: $702.40

    Worse news:

The manufacturer just informed us that the price of the annex for the large tent is NOT $87, it is $95
So the large + annex is an $8 dollar difference. I am going to try and see if they can honor the old price since they should have informed us from the get go.

Time to make a decision guys.

I feel like for as large of an order as we are putting in, the should honor they $87. I mean they are making about $30K off of us.

I know I said I was out if there was a price increase but I was assuming it would be a substantial increase. So with that being said I can handle the difference in in price currently but if we have a ton of people drop because they dont want to pay a few bucks more then at that point ill have to dip out as well. So count me in as long as the cost stays at or below 600.

Definitely agree. Not to mention that the next GB would be for the awnings. I mean, we would definitely help their quarter profits.

This is a minimal setback. If everyone stays in, it’s not that bad. If people start pulling out, then the prices really go up for both the tent and shipping. At least for the east coast.

Sounds fine so far. I know it's a lot of work on your end, but you really need an excel with how much people paid, and the amount they should have paid, and then simply make a post with each member and the outstanding balance to complete the order.
