Ballsy 3-wide move by Ryan Reed at Charlotte. Just tuned in for final 15 laps.

Very thoughtful of Kyle Busch to pull back on track to bring out the caution there. What was that up by the wall, foam tubing from a roll bar? Reminds me of the time Robby Gordon threw a water bottle on the track at Atlanta to bring out a late-race caution back in '05 or so, ending Jeff Burton's championship hopes.

I just hope that this shows everyone the shit behind aero dependency today... And why we need to move to less of it (like the videos you've sent of the POS cars still racing).

After a few weeks respite, Silly Season is gearing back up. Newest rumors:

"Danica will be in a car that ends in the number seven." -Bob Pockrass
Lots of folks think it means the #27, but it kind of makes more marketing sense to stick her in the #37 Kroger car, right? Chris Beuscher isn't doing anything with it. 3 top 10s and 5 laps led this year.

Front Row Racing (#s 34 & 38) are dropping Landon Cassill and switching to Toyota power and possibly getting Matt Kenseth in a package deal. Ragan might be out too.

Still nothing solid for RPM, Bubba Wallace, and the #43. I wouldn't be surprised if they ran a partial, 1-car schedule and worked on R&D for a new manufacturer in '19.

The FRR isn't set in stone yet... But I can tell you this, as far as I know Ragan doesn't own his ford dealers again (had to sell them or toyota wouldn't let him drive for gibbs) and Buescher vs the Dinger... Who's worse?

hmmmm, i mean he has only 26 wins, which places him like what, top 30 all time in NASCAR. With 2 500s and 15 years popular driver votes, I'd say that is a hell of a career. I don't even think Jr. has brought out 4 cautions in 1 race like Kyle did last week.

Kyle drives the wheels off his ride, junior used to drive hard, now he just seems to crash or just get by.

True, but it's easy to do without all 5 lug nuts on.

I wouldn't go there and defend JR. Where was he all the years during the handing out the championship trophy? On the way to the house. That's where.
