Yeah, He finally surfaced yesterday. My parents and I each got a text. Just said September was a bad month and he was safe. Then some shit about what was wronged will be made right soon enough. I texted him back, but haven't received a response, just his initial. Still wont answer his phone.

My parents' text included a little more. He rear ended someone and his truck has a little damage and his trailer broke. Also, that he plans to contact his flight surgeon, not sure if he plans to return to his unit to resume treatment or just let them know he is alive. Pretty sure he is off his meds. He wont answer their calls either.

I wonder if the fires flushed him out. His says he is at someone's house in Napa. He should have received his VA check on the 1st, I am sure he has spent most of it by now. Not much I can do for him anymore, except pray that he will find peace.
