Hi all. New to this Toyota thing. i bought a wrecked 2010 Tacoma from CoPart to rebuild and turn into a daily driver. I picked it up Monday and so far just torn the damaged panels off.

    Wish me luck!!!

Nothing in particular.... found a decent truck worth rebuilding. I really like the 3rd gen and would've preferred one but I can't complain about what I got

Solid man, I too had a lust for a 3rd gen when trading in my regular cab but settled for a newer model second gen. You got a badass collection of rigs , the Tacoma will for sure make an awesome addition to your fleet

Here's my current DD. This is what the tacoma will be replacing.

I commute 100 miles a day. I've put 20k on her in the last year :( trading her off to eliminate a car payment

It's mostly front drivers suspension damage. The knuckle was ripped off the ball joints

Are you doing a build thread or any documentation of the rebuild?

I wanted to do the updated front end. Only reason I didn't was the cost differences between the parts. Hood was 100$ more, headlights were 150$ more, grill was 100$ more and I couldn't find a bumper.
