    :) Any more news on the long term? I was telling Mike about a podcast I heard. They said to sit in front of a mirror and say salary numbers out loud. When you get to the point where you can't say the number without laughing, that's the number you are worth. It's usually higher than you think.

    I hear you on the backlog and I don't even have an excuse. I just got around to rinsing off the truck Monday! On the flip side - home ownership in our neck of the woods has been a big plus on the pocketbook over the last bunch of years, so worth it to some extent. :) LMK if there's ever stuff you want help with, I've got a bit of free time :)

    I got a contract. But no salary. Hourly...which kinda works in my favor given my OT from this summer. Only through Dec of next year. So im sure there is room to grow. Which is good because i'll need a bit of a raise i think to own a home out here like i want.

    But will be good for now. Just have to prove my worth of being around year round now and the rest is easy.

    Yeah its not great. The School gig was better i think pay/benefit wise and would have been SUPER flexible with time off. But...this is much more what i want to do. So im happy. Already 3 recording sessions planned this fall now haha
