Looks like you're working on a sub-division (housing?) of some sort?

    Yes sir!!!

Building every single piece of land possible right now.

    Entire farms being subdivided

And every shit piece of land in between.

Getting crazy how quickly they can throw these homes up.

Oh yeah, its extremely tough to see.

Keeps us very busy for dang sure.

One positive thing...Austin has set aside so much land for nature preserves its insane.

SO, there will always be the natural habitats for wildlife.

THAT being said, there is too much land being zoned for homes.

Lots of land means lots of people, which also means lots of money for the city.

BUT, I would trade one for the other in a heartbeat.

Great news on the conservation. Unfortunately, residential development doesn't pay the bills (for the most part).

Stupid city. Lots of land for homes...but they keep forgetting to improve the roads until AFTER they've thrown up the houses and apartments. I just saw the progress on the 400+ units going up behind Akins High School...no improvements to Old San Antonio Road. So, basically, all these people have is access road going in one direction and tiny two-lane country road (with trees literally growing into the road that only get trimmed by passing trucks) on the other side?

AND now they're trying to lure Amazon to build it's second HQ here?!?

    Stupid city.
