12:30 meeting for the City Swim Meet to be held here next July. Bunch of gas bag "pool moms" who want to be in charge now, but will be nowhere to be found once the work actually starts. 7 to 10 days to set it up. Then 4 days with 2000 kids and 4000 adults. Then 2 days to clean it all up and turn the place around for our biggest golf event of the year. So....2 weeks of 18 hour days, with minimal help and a HUGE traffic problem.

    Joy in my heart.

I'd really like to stick around and see this through until I turn 65. I plan on being here when asshat is packing to leave. Already let everyone know I'm throwing everything of his out the 3rd story window when he's leaving. As much as I wanted to leave a while back, I'm that determined to be here when he's being escorted off the property. Then I'm buying the first round at the "GONE AWAY" party.

This will be City Meet # 5 for me. It's an ordeal, but I was never one to shy away from work.

Larger women for the most part, but with money and/or rich husbands. The "large and in charge" lady who runs the show tips the scales around 275 I'd say. With enough liquor, you can usually "drink 'em skinny". This would take a barrel of bourbon just to get her under 200lbs.

Got up and went out for breakfast.....when we pulled in to the Waffle House parking lot there was a roll back loading an inferno red 3rd gen. The rear diff died a painful death. Owner was sad. He's made 3 payments.

I just answered an add found on the bulliten board @ the Kroger store. It is a guy who rolled a 2009 TRD OR dcsb. Cab roof flat with hood. Not insured, and he,s looking to part it out. I'm trying to meet up tomorrow around 5pm. Will try to get pictures, mileage, and details.

I drove past the address listed this morning to see what I could see before hand. The truck is sitting in the driveway close to the street, and under a street light. (Enough that I could get a decent rolling view) Let me put it this way....A trip through the car crusher would probably HELP this truck. By "rolled", he apparently meant "high speed highway multiple barrel roll(s)". Still going to look at it, but this one doesn't hold a lot of hope. I'm looking for spare front end components (1/2-shafts, diff, etc...) It has the "alcohol related wreck" look going. A sober person wouldn't have lived through a wreck like this.

I want 1/2-shafts, front diff, both drive shafts, rear end, t-case, and tranny AT A BARGAIN PRICE. This guy wanted dealer retail. 3 of 4 wheels trashed. He wanted $350 for the survivor.

He didn't like what I had to say.

$400 ea for worn out front axles....

May have a lien on truck too. Would be risky buying parts

I did a little research on the wrecked truck....It has a bank lien on it. Was wrecked without insurance coverage. Bank was looking for it before the wreck and from my understanding, it is being stored at a location unknown to the bank. Between that and the fact the guy is insane (prices he wants) I am no longer interested. I got the vin # and had a friend who owns a car lot research it for me.
