    Just saying....You got a light bar without thinking of where to put it first. That's doing things backwards. That's like cutting your bed sides to fit your high clearance bumper without measuring first.

    I was fortunate to actually meet the owner of my house. She was home during our visit and her cats loved me. She was also a remote IT person so we bonded. Her husband was also really cool. I think that had a lot to do with why they accepted my offer.

    I know agents dont like you talking to the owners as it makes them look bad but we did anyway. We discussed repairs and everything before it even went to the agents. (Both of our agents were a bit lacking TBH)

    So good luck dude, Itll be nice to be that close to your house.
