Martyn at AT sourced them for me when I ordered my FlipPac through them. I ordered a pair but in retrospect really could have gotten away with just the passenger side to remove the blind spot over that shoulder.

It's a tent on the roof, so I'd say yeah.

Suppose. Though when what really happens in the roof opens and deploys the tent such that the bed is now open to the inside of the tent it is a bit different. A RTT you can put on top of any existing vehicle or shell and you enter the tent from the outside. A Flip-Pac or Habitat or Wildernest are integrated into their shells and when open the shell and tent space are merged with "entry" from the shell/bed itself. So that's why folks usually make the distinction between a RTT and the various flip open shells.

In the end though with all them there is a tent - and the tent is up high.

I’m quick to correct people when they call the 77 a Jeep.

Hey Justin, do you like/love that bed tent? I love the idea of portability and off the ground.

    cheers,

If I could find a Flip-Pac, or Habitat that wouldn't completely break the bank, I think I would jump on it. I've seen a few at Overland Expo and really love the layout of them. It's the darn price tag. Though I totally understand that it's a cap on steroids. And caps are not inexpensive to begin with.

There's a company that's gonna start offering this camper that completely replaces the bed that's aluminum and has a sink and stove and stuff....FOR $47k. So much want but literally 5x what I paid for my truck.

I've been searching for two years until I found a flippac in great shape and the price wasn't insane. Would have loved a habitat but that's way too much $$$

Maybe they like to be in a category of their own and raise their nose at being associated with scrubs in RTTs.
