With those campers, don't you need to modify the suspension as well to accommodate the weight?

Oh for sure. You'd need some new rear leafs and probably air bags as well

I thought the terms "tacoma" and "tundra" were slang for the same thing?

I spent a bunch of money on something so you better refer to it correctly.

I'm having some difficulty in grasping where the confusion lies...

Look, a tent on the roof...

Now I think I'm gonna build an under-truck tent, or maybe a forward flip hood platform with engine manifold under-bed heater and radiator urinal with filtration and backflow preventer... what would that be? how about a through the doors tent-hammock...? Hitch mounted bunk beds..? If accidentally flip my truck over, what is it then..? OMG what the hell is that Velcro strap sleeping bag thingy on the international space station..? If a homeless guy drags his cardboard refrigerator box up the stairs to the top of an abandoned building is that a RTT..? If he leaves the flap on is it a pop-up camper..? FUTONS WITH WHEELS - what is happening, my head my head!

Humanity is doomed. We should all just kill ourselves now and beat the holiday rush.
