To be honest they been sitting on the shelf collecting dust until last night. I started going over all my numbers last night and going into a redesign phase. Just a few changes to make it easier to weld. I'm also educating myself on welding a truss and how I'm going to preload it. But soon. I go on vacation in November and when I get back there's a lot I'm going to be doing. Super excited to get started.

As good of a product Toyota makes they aren't good enough to be totally brand loyal. I'm not a huge fan of the early 2nd gen tundra's.

Yeah, pretty common thought that the new Tundras might be nice and a "Toyota", but they are easily trailing the big 3 full size in most categories. But plenty of people like them.

    "He's a friendly dog"

Strange, the fact that he's dragging you across the walkway and has a muzzle on doesn't give me that vibe.

Never know what the future holds. I'm not looking now. Tim just thinks I'm going to hate DD my truck after it gets link and caged. Little does Tim know I've researched the negative's and came up with solutions.

The bypass clicker noise alone will make you want to stab an ice pick in your ear. Then the necessary biannual maintenance on a link system will bankrupt you in a year. You can read on the internets all you want about a linked prerunner but you won't know till you start driving it how bad it's going to be.

I would only buy the 15 and up that has the new front end but the Big 3 has better for the same money or less new.
