They offer it in bags as well but its best brewed in a billy can loose over a campfire. You boil your water, throw a handful of tea in for you so that most of it sinks to the bottom to steep, throw another handful in for your mate. Watch it boil up again and then pull it off to steep for the strength you like, with most settling on eight to ten minutes. Once done you have to "swing the billy" to get all the leaves to sink to the bottom and then dip your mug for the best cuppa' you will ever drink.

If you wanted to really do it right you'd whip up some "damper" first. People see the works and think it's a massive hassle, but it's actually quite easy and some will do their mixing and kneading at home beforehand. Touch of real butter around the bottom of the billy and again on the top after it's cooked and followed by drizzling some honey on the piece that you tear off. Quick boil and spill of the billy to get the butter out and you are on your way to make your billy tea. You can do all of this from the luxury of your backyard grill and it will taste great but it doesn't get better than making it over an open fire.
