    Nope. Southern Interior.

Anyone got recommendations for online stores? Ones that will ship north of the 49th.

I hate getting bent over by the dealership. It's basically a license to steal from Toyota owners. And seeing as other options are limited.....

    Rant over :annoyed:

Hahaha! fair question and one i dont want to tally up in my head! It was definitely costly. I had been acquiring parts for a while. Bought the lift at the beginning of the year, waited around for SCS to get a re-stock of the F5 Wheels in Gunmetal, surfed Amazon for the ARB until I caught it on sale. The Warn M8000 was an impulse buy, because 4wheelparts.com had a special where they included the driving lights with a winch purchase so i pulled the trigger on that. Basically I slowly acquired parts over about 12 months and then had it all done at one time. The Gibson Exhaust was a last minute addition because I needed a new muffler anyway, so the additional cost was roughly 150 bucks... The All Pro Rock sliders were always non-negotiable so I knew I had to plan for that. At this point I have way more into it than I could ever hope to recoup even with the crazy prices I have seen for First Gens. Its not about that though, its my baby, I have wanted a first gen Tacoma set up like this since I was in college, now its a reality.

I completely respect that, but I am in Chicago, so dont have access to a garage or any other space to do it, I had to wait to do it all at once.

Question for you guys...ive read a lot of threads on spindle gussets n welding them to said spindles...my question is should I have the hub pressed out before heat is applied to the spindle...a friend of mine didnt have them removed and now has wheel bearing issues, yet that could be from a trail he went on prior to him noticing the issue...this concerns me though. I would appreciate your guys' $.02 as I know a lot of you have more knowledge on this than I

Anybody have the link for the window controller in the door? My window won’t go up again so I’m just gonna order a new one seeing it’s still pretty clean.

    I’d look but I’m in a hurry

If done right, it shouldn't be a problem.

Sometimes you can damage a seal though from the heat which can let shit in and damage the bearing.

That said, these trucks are very old. Most need new wheel bearings by now anyways. So if you can, it certainly wouldn't hurt to do gussets and then put in new bearings.

It's called a "Power Window Master Switch", OEM will obviously be a highway robbery but aftermarket ebay units are pretty affordable.
